Telefonunuzda saklananlar
OBD-II adaptörünüzden okunan araç değerleri, yolculuk sırasındaki konum izi, araç bilgileriniz (ad, plaka, marka, model, isteğe bağlı VIN), yakıt kayıtları, isteğe bağlı fiş fotoğrafları, vites kalibrasyonu, ayarlar ve terminal kayıtları telefonunuzda saklanır. Terminal geçmişi ve fiş fotoğrafları için ayrı 20 MB sınırları vardır. Sınır dolduğunda yeni veri eklenemez ve mevcut kayıtlar korunur. Terminal geçmişi telefon yedeğine dahil edilmez. Araç ve yakıt kayıtları, isteğe bağlı olarak fiş fotoğrafları ve yolculuklar, telefonunuzun iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeğine girebilir; Ayarlar → Yedekleme ve gizlilik bölümünden fotoğraflar ve yolculuklar için bunu kapatabilirsiniz.
Araç tanıma (VIN)
Bağlandığınız araç izin veriyorsa uygulama, aracın şasi numarasını (VIN) yalnızca okuma komutuyla sorar ve hangi araca ait kayıt tuttuğunu anlamak için telefonunuzda kullanır. VIN okunamazsa uygulama çalışmaya devam eder; araç seçimi size bırakılır. Araçlar otomatik birleştirilmez.
Konum
Konum yolculuk izini, mesafeyi ve navigasyonu sağlamak için kullanılır. "Her zaman" izni verirseniz uygulama arka plandayken ya da ekran kilitliyken de kayıt sürer; iOS bu sırada konum göstergesi gösterir. İzni istediğiniz an iOS Ayarları'ndan değiştirebilirsiniz.
Kamera ve fotoğraflar
Kamera yalnızca yakıt fişini fotoğraflamak için kullanılır. Fişteki metin telefonunuzda (Apple Vision) okunur. Fişteki plaka yalnızca doğru aracı seçmeye yardım eder; okunan değerleri kaydetmeden önce siz kontrol edersiniz.
Bluetooth
Yalnızca seçtiğiniz OBD-II adaptörüne bağlanmak için kullanılır. Uygulama araca yalnızca veri okuma komutları gönderir; arıza kodu silmez, ayar değiştirmez.
Harita
Yolculuk haritası Apple Haritalar (MapKit) ile gösterilir. Harita gösterilirken Apple, haritanın görüntülenen bölgesine ait istekleri Apple'ın kendi gizlilik ilkelerine göre işler. Navigasyon aramaları ile rota başlangıç ve hedef konumları MapKit üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenir.
Müzik
Apple Music denetimi isteğe bağlıdır; yalnızca çalma/duraklatma/sonraki/önceki komutları ve parça adı gösterilir.
Paylaşma ve dışa aktarma
CSV ve JSON çıktılarının paylaşımını siz başlatırsınız. İsteğe bağlı otomatik yedekleme, kayıtların şifresiz bir kopyasını Dosyalar’da seçtiğiniz klasöre kaydeder. Buluttaki kopyaları Dosyalar’dan yönetebilirsiniz. Şifreli yedek parolası saklanmaz. Dosyalar uygulamasındaki bulut sağlayıcıları kendi hesap ve eşitleme kurallarını uygular. Destek paketi, önizleme ve onayınızdan sonra paylaşılır; seçtiğiniz sensör ölçümleri ve yazdığınız açıklama dahil edilir. Açıklamaya kişisel bilgi yazmayın. Destek paketine VIN, plaka, GPS, fotoğraf ve ham terminal verileri eklenmez. Tüm verileri dışa aktarma işlemi, bu bilgileri ve bellekteki navigasyon ile müzik bilgilerini içerebilir. Dosya paylaşımını veya panoya kopyalamayı siz başlatırsınız. Dışarı aktardığınız kopyalar, uygulama içindeki veri silme işlemiyle silinmez.
Silme ve haklarınız
Ayarlar → Veriler → "Tüm verilerimi sil" ile bu telefondaki tüm uygulama verileri (fotoğraflar dahil) silinir. Tek tek araç, yakıt kaydı, fiş fotoğrafı ve yolculuk silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da verileri siler (cihaz yedekleriniz hariç; onları iOS Ayarları'ndan yönetirsiniz). Verileriniz sunucumuzda olmadığı için bizden silmemizi isteyebileceğiniz bir kopya yoktur.
Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
Sürüş güvenliği
Gösterge paneli yalnızca sabitlenmiş bir telefonla kullanılmalıdır. Sürüş sırasında telefonu elinizde tutmayın ve yerel trafik kurallarına uyun. Vites ve tüketim gibi değerler tahmin ya da hesaplamadır.
Destek yazışmaları ve web sitesi
Bize e-posta ya da destek paketi gönderirseniz, e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınızla birlikte gönderdiğiniz her şey yalnızca size yanıt vermek ve sorunu çözmek için kullanılır. Gelen postayı Cloudflare e-posta yönlendirme hizmeti geliştiricinin posta kutusuna iletir. Yazışmaların silinmesini destek adresinden isteyebilirsiniz. torklet.com sitesi çerez, analitik veya izleme betiği kullanmaz; sitenin barındırıldığı Cloudflare güvenlik ve işletim amacıyla ziyaretçi IP adresi gibi standart sunucu kayıtları tutabilir.

In short
Torklet does not send your data to our servers. There are no accounts. No advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking is used.
What is stored on your phone
Vehicle values read from your OBD-II adapter, your location trail during a trip, your vehicle details (name, plate, make, model, optional VIN), fuel records, optional receipt photos, gear calibration, settings and terminal logs are stored on your phone. Terminal history and receipt photos each have a separate 20 MB limit; when the limit is reached, no new data is added and existing records are kept. Terminal history is not part of the phone backup. Vehicle and fuel records and, optionally, receipt photos and trips can be included in your iCloud or computer backup; you can turn this off for photos and trips under Settings → Backup and privacy.
Vehicle recognition (VIN)
If the connected vehicle allows it, the app asks for the vehicle identification number (VIN) using a read-only command and uses it on your phone only to know which vehicle a record belongs to. If the VIN cannot be read, the app keeps working and leaves the vehicle choice to you. Vehicles are never merged automatically.
Location
Location is used for the trip trail, distance and navigation. If you grant "Always" permission, recording continues while the app is in the background or the screen is locked; iOS shows a location indicator meanwhile. You can change the permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only to photograph fuel receipts. The text on the receipt is read on your phone (Apple Vision). A plate on a receipt only helps pick the right vehicle; you check the values before they are saved.
Bluetooth
Used only to connect to the OBD-II adapter you choose. The app sends read-only data commands to the vehicle; it does not clear fault codes or change settings.
Maps
The trip map is shown with Apple Maps (MapKit). While a map is shown, Apple processes requests for the visible region under Apple's own privacy policies. Navigation searches and route start and destination locations are processed by Apple through MapKit.
Music
Apple Music control is optional; only play/pause/next/previous commands and the track name are shown.
Sharing and export
You start any sharing of CSV and JSON files yourself. Optional automatic backup saves an unencrypted copy of your records to a folder you choose in Files. You can manage cloud copies in Files. The encrypted backup password is not stored. Cloud providers in Files apply their own account and sync rules. A support package is shared only after you preview and confirm it; it includes the sensor readings you chose and the description you wrote. Do not write personal information in the description. VIN, plate, GPS, photos and raw terminal data are not added to the support package. A full data export may contain this information and the in-memory navigation and music information. You start file sharing or copying to the clipboard yourself. Copies you exported are not deleted by the in-app delete function.
Deletion and your rights
Settings → Data → "Delete all my data" deletes all app data on this phone, including photos. You can also delete individual vehicles, fuel records, receipt photos and trips. Uninstalling the app also deletes the data (except device backups, which you manage in iOS Settings). Because your data is not on our servers, there is no copy that you could ask us to delete.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from anyone.
Driving safety
The dashboard should be used only with a mounted phone. Do not hold the phone while driving and obey local traffic laws. Values such as gear and consumption are estimates or calculations.
Support correspondence and website
If you send us an e-mail or a support package, your e-mail address and everything you include in your message are used only to answer you and solve the problem. Incoming mail is forwarded to the developer's mailbox by the Cloudflare e-mail routing service. You can ask for correspondence to be deleted at the support address. The torklet.com website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts; Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may keep standard server logs such as visitor IP addresses for security and operation.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and inside the app with its update date.
